Terms and conditions of use
The rules for using edu-business-institute.com: access, account, content and responsibilities.
Last updated: 29 October 2026
These terms explain how to use edu-business-institute.com (the "Site"). By browsing the Site, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Purchasing a course is governed by our Terms and conditions of sale. If the two documents differ on a purchase-related matter, the Terms and conditions of sale apply.
1. Who we are
The Site is published by Lorvarion Management Training FZCO (formerly EDU International Business Institute FZCO), Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, PO Box 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (registration No. DSO-FZCO-7451, KHDA licence No. 634240). Lorvarion Management Training designs and delivers the courses.
Its French subsidiary, EDU International Business Institute SAS (60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France, SIREN 938 498 631), handles course sales in France, payments and enrollment administration. Full legal details are in our Legal notice.
2. What the Site offers
The Site presents online courses. An internship agreement is only issued to someone enrolled in one of our courses: no enrollment, no agreement.
It can take up to 48 business hours to receive an agreement once your file is complete. A VIP option offers faster processing, under the conditions set out in the Terms and conditions of sale.
Our services are not intended for obtaining or renewing a residence permit. For those procedures, please contact the relevant authorities.
To receive an agreement, you must hold a French or European passport, or a residence permit valid for the entire internship.
We do our best to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date. It is provided for guidance and may change.
3. Who can use the Site
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. The information you give us must be accurate, and you must update it if it changes.
The equipment and internet connection needed to access the Site are at your own expense.
4. Your account
Your login details are personal: do not share them. You are responsible for keeping them confidential.
If your login details are lost or stolen, or you notice suspicious activity on your account, email us right away at legal@edu-business-institute.com.
An account used by several people or fraudulently may result in charges for the additional access.
5. What is not allowed
On the Site, you may not:
- use the Site for purposes other than those intended (for example, commercial prospecting or unsolicited messages);
- harass, insult or intimidate others, including our team and service providers;
- copy, modify, translate or distribute all or part of the Site's content without our written consent;
- attempt to disassemble, decompile or reverse-engineer the Site.
If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account and cancel your order. In that case, a €49 application fee may be kept.
6. Intellectual property
The texts, images, videos, logos, trademarks and software on the Site are protected by intellectual property law. They belong to the publisher or its partners.
We grant you a personal, limited and non-transferable right to use the Site, solely to access the services you have ordered. This right does not make you the owner of any part of the Site.
Any unauthorized use may lead to legal action, in particular under Articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
7. Site availability
The Site is normally available 24/7. We may suspend or limit access, for example for maintenance or updates. We try to give advance notice whenever possible.
Our availability target is 98% per month. This is a target, not a commitment to results.
Support is available by phone Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. (+33 1 79 72 32 33) and by email.
8. Liability
We cannot be held liable for:
- outages or interruptions caused by the internet, the network or your equipment;
- damage to your device while using the Site;
- indirect losses, such as a lost opportunity;
- use of the Site that breaches these terms;
- disputes between users.
It is up to you to protect your device and data, and to use an up-to-date browser.
9. Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure caused by force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code. If the situation lasts more than 30 days, either party may end the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, without compensation.
10. Links
To link to the Site, please first request our written consent at legal@edu-business-institute.com. We may refuse or withdraw consent at any time.
The Site contains links to other websites. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.
11. Photos
Photos on the Site are for illustration only and are not contractual.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms at any time. The version online is the one that applies. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the new version.
13. Miscellaneous
If any clause is held invalid, the others remain in force. Not enforcing a clause at a given time does not mean we waive it.
If these terms are translated, the French version prevails.
14. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai.
If there is a disagreement, please contact us first to find an amicable solution, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, either party is free to take action. Any dispute about the performance, interpretation or validity of these terms then falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
