Internship agreements issued by EDU comply with French law (Art. L.612-8 and Law No. 2013-660 of July 22, 2013, Law No. 2014-788 of July 10, 2014, as well as Decree No. 2014-1420 of November 27, 2014, and Decree No. 2015-1359 of October 26, 2015).

You will receive your internship agreement, edited and signed by EDU, within 24 business hours (digital format). You will receive your enrollment certificate approximately 3 business days* after your registration.

No. Under French law, the total duration of one or more internships completed by the same intern within the same company cannot exceed six months per academic year.

No, the internship is optional. You can complement your course with an internship. You request your internship agreement once you have found a host company.

The course is 200 hours, 100% online, and you study at your own pace on our learning platform. The lessons are PDFs in English, with readings, exercises and projects.

No, the course materials are in English unless stated otherwise. The internship agreement itself is written in French.

Yes, in 3 instalments with Klarna. The first payment is taken on the day of your order, then one each month.

A 200-hour online course, up to 6 months of internship under agreement, and certificates. In detail: one course of your choice from our 9 online courses; up to 6 months of internship in total, over one or more agreements, to request once you have found your internship; a certificate of enrollment as soon as you register, then a certificate of completion when you finish the course.

With the VIP option (€29), your agreement is sent within 2 business hours. Your request must be made on a business day, Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 7 pm, with a complete file. The option is an extra, paid in one go. It is non-refundable once the agreement has been provided and is not covered by the refund policy.

Your login details are sent within 24 hours of your order, once your payment has been accepted. If you haven't received an email by then, please contact customer service.

Yes, if they hold a French or European passport, or a residence permit valid for the entire duration of the agreement. Our services cannot be used to obtain or renew a residence permit or a visa.

We need your details, those of the company and of your supervisor, and the details of the internship. More precisely: your full name and civil status, date of birth, phone number, email and your latest degree or course; the company's legal name and SIRET number; the supervisor's first and last name, email and job title; the dates and address of the internship; the job title and tasks; the gross monthly stipend and benefits; and any days off, if applicable.

An internship should be an opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge you have gained during your studies in a practical way. We recommend that you choose your internship sector based on your field of study.

Yes, the internship can take place abroad: just give us the country and the address of the internship when you send us your details.

Yes, the 6 months of internship can be split over several agreements, for example two 3-month internships. Beyond 6 months in total, a new enrollment is required.

Internship compensation depends on the host company's policies and local laws regarding internships. The internship agreement should specify whether the position is paid and, if so, provide details on the stipend amount and payment terms. In France, internships lasting longer than two months must be compensated.

EDU Business Institute signs the documents needed for your France Travail file. Whether you keep your benefits is up to France Travail alone: check with your advisor, ideally before you enroll.

Extending an internship requires the agreement of the host company, the educational institution, and the student. If an extension is being considered, it is important to contact all parties involved to discuss it and, if necessary, amend the internship agreement. Please note that the internship cannot exceed 6 months.

Yes, the agreement provides coverage for workplace accidents. It also includes clauses on civil liability insurance. If an accident happens, the host company reports it: inform them right away, and let EDU Business Institute know as well.

If necessary, the early termination of an internship agreement must be discussed and negotiated between the student, the host company, and the educational institution. In some cases, a notice period may be required. It is important to adhere to the terms and conditions specified in the agreement regarding early termination.

Yes, the internship completion certificate is attached to the agreement. At the end of the internship, the host company fills it in and signs it.

The possibility of being hired at the end of your internship depends on the host company and its staffing needs. Some internships can serve as a stepping stone to a job, while others are more focused on gaining professional experience. Feel free to express your interest in a potential position, but keep in mind that this will depend on available opportunities.

Yes, provided it is permitted by your host company and you respect confidentiality and copyright, you may include work completed during your internship in your professional portfolio. Be sure to request prior authorization if necessary.

If the company does not accept your internship agreement, €250 of your registration fee is refunded (the €49 application fee is kept).

To do this, you will need to provide us with proof of the rejection, such as an email from the company stating the reasons for the refusal, within one month of receiving the agreement.

We will also contact the company to verify that the agreement has indeed been rejected.

Yes, if you live in Europe you have a 14-day withdrawal period. You have 14 calendar days after your order, with no need to give a reason. If you asked for the service to start before this period ends, an amount proportional to the service already provided may be kept. The right no longer applies once the service has been fully provided with your express waiver. The VIP option is non-refundable once the agreement has been provided.

No. Our refund policy covers a company refusing the internship agreement, not a company rejecting your application. If the company has selected you but then refuses the agreement, the refund policy may apply.

No, your choice of course is final unless EDU Business Institute agrees otherwise. Changing your mind does not entitle you to a refund. If you're unsure, contact us before enrolling.
