Training objectives

This training program aims to achieve two main objectives:

● Learn the principles and techniques of the author's craft (writing, dramaturgy, script doctoring, structuring the narrative and characters, researching the subject, developing a world, setting up dialogues…)

● Mastering the standards and strategic constraints that govern the production of audiovisual fiction (choice of themes, permitted writing formats, financing structures, finding a producer, setting up a network, professional collaborations, evolution of the audiovisual market…)

For whom?

Our training in the principles and techniques of audiovisual production is aimed at anyone wishing to specialize in screenwriting, and who has initial training in one of these fields:

● Literature

● Psychology

● Show

● Audiovisual

People undergoing career transitions, and whose career path requires skills in fictional scenarios, are also welcome.

Course and organization of the training

1. Educational platform and courses in English (PDF format)

This course is delivered remotely via our online learning platform. The PDF course materials require a certain amount of work, as outlined in the course syllabus. This independent work includes readings, exercises, and projects covering the topics presented.

2. Training Volume

200 hours of training in total.

3. Company Internship

This Audiovisual Production training can be followed by an internship in a company, lasting a maximum of 6 months.

Our training enables students to develop genuine authorial skills, as well as a solid understanding of the entire audiovisual production chain.

After completing this course, you will be eligible for the following positions:

● As a screenwriter

● As artistic director

● From script-doctor

● From publishing director in the audiovisual sector
